Information for International Relations Coordinators (IRCs)

The European Association of Conservatoires (AEC) has a very active group of officials in AEC member institutions dealing with Lifelong Learning and other programmes, the International Relations Coordinators. 

This section of the website has been developed especially for this important community within the AEC. International Relations Coordinators (IRCs) can have access to institutional information relevant for the organisation of partnerships, and download documents and forms that are extremely useful for the organisation of exchanges.

IRCs, whose institution is an AEC member have access to the restricted part of the website through a login system. After having logged in, it is possible to:

• maintain your own institutional information and to view extended data from other member institutions (such as name and contact data of Directors and Public Relations Officers)

• upload forms and documents, used by your own institution, for student exchanges
• download forms and documents, used by other member institutions, for student exchanges  
• upload documents and indicate relevant links for language courses, accomodation and living situation in your own country
• have access to information about other member countries

In order to promote personal contacts between the IRCs, the AEC is also responsible for the organisation of an Annual Meeting for International Relations Coordinators, which takes place in a different European country at the beginning of September each year.
